Today’s inspiration is my Grandson’s 9th Birthday. It doesn’t seem like it has been 9 years, but it really has as he’s fond of telling me! He makes me laugh.

I made this an A2 card from Neenah White for the card base and the sentiment shape and Bear. All image Stamps are by InkyStamper using the Bear Stamp and Goat stamp for the hat. I used the Happy Birthday sentiment from my collection along with the Little Letter Stamp set from Concord &9th for the personalization, all stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored with Nuvo’s Watercolour Pencils: Roast Chestnut,Rustic Ochre,African Violet, Cotton Candy, English Ivy,Toffee Apple,True Blue, Tangarine Tango, Evening Primrose,Strawberry Milkshake and Potato Skin and distressing on the sentiment die cut with Nuvo’s Hybrid ink, Rubber Duck. The background layer is from Photo Play paper and the stripe is from Doodlebug Design’s Swiss Dot Rainbow Petite Print paper. I completed the card by using Red sequins from my stash and Nuvo’s Crystal Glaze. Mr. Birthday Bear is affixed to the card with a Wobble so he wiggles.
