Today has been a day of rest for myself and my family. Our son and grandson came to visit and spend the night . My grandson and I baked chocolate chip cookies . It’s one of our traditions and we’ve been baking the cookies since he was old enough to stand on a chair and help. We always make half of the dough without nuts and the other half with nuts.

We bake and chat and he learns how to bake his favorite cookies and I learn about his life. It’s a fun time for both of us and I treasure these moments with him.

Sometimes you don’t have to make crafts with paper, cloth or glue to make memories. Thanks for visiting today and go out and make memories❤️
